It was all private, and that idea really struck her in her core. In her heart, she wanted to bring that idea back to the western world of yoga.

After discussing your concerns with Dawn, she can customize a class to relieve pain and fine-tune mental clarity. You don’t have to schedule a full class, either; private yoga can be incorporated into massage sessions. Instead of doing a full flow class, Dawn can identify specific yoga poses that will provide your body with relief. Shoulder tension, knee issues, lower back or sciatic issues, and discomfort from pregnancy can all be addressed with yoga poses. You’ll go home with links to the poses you learned, how long to hold each pose, and a mini yoga practice and regimen.
