Just as I was beginning to heal 💪 and regain my strength, I was in a car accident 🚗💥 that resulted in a neck injury 🤕, adding another layer to my journey of recovery. This experience has given me a profound new perspective on pain, resilience, and self-care 💜🌱✨.

This journey has deepened my understanding of what many of you go through, and I want to use this experience to offer even better support and guidance 🙏. Dawn is not only the most amazing massage therapist I’ve ever found but she also has the most beautiful soul. Her knowledge of body/mind connection and the way in which she approaches treating specific needs is incredible. As someone whose tried things as extreme as Rolfing for relief, Ive found Dawn is the most effective by far while the treatment remains extremely enjoyable and calming. I literally limped into my massage session with Dawn. After struggling for at least 8 months I was almost disbelieving of the impact of her technique, body knowledge, and deep intuition as to what I needed. Have you ever looked at a jalapeño and think... I can handle that. Then bite into that jalapeño and it’s the most intense thing ever.
