Just as I was beginning to heal 💪 and regain my strength, I was in a car accident 🚗💥 that resulted in a neck injury 🤕, adding another layer to my journey of recovery. This experience has given me a profound new perspective on pain, resilience, and self-care 💜🌱✨.
This journey has deepened my understanding of what many of you go through, and I want to use this experience to offer even better support and guidance 🙏.
